The FPA has a broad range of members including Government bodies, the Fire Services, fire engineers, insurance agencies as well as fire protection installation and service companies.
Fire & Emergency Services SA are a corporate member of the FPA and a signatory to the FPA’s Code of Practice. Signatories to the Code of Practice commit to working ethically within the fire protection industry.
Alan Short, our current General Manager, is the secretary and one of our Service Technicians, Peter Goller the treasurer of the South Australian branch of the FPA. Alan is also a member on the National Events Committee.
NFIA Membership
Fire & Emergency Services SA is an associate member of the National Fire Industry Association (NFIA). The NFIA is an association of companies involved in the installation of fire protection systems in Australia. The NFIA aims to raise the profile of the industry, lobby Government bodies on behalf of the industry, provide industrial advice to its members and develop industry training.
